Abstract


Theorists in recent years as the "owners committee " relevant system of research, revealed in the course of the system there are still many problems can not be ignored, such as the owners of the Committee have to be illegal; owners of the Committee members not only can not be a majority of the owners Legitimate rights and interests of the defenders, and have actually used to prejudice the interests of owners and so on. For this system to improve the actual operation, there are still some problems need to be explored.In this paper, the following aspects of the system on the owners committee described. First, I contacted a real case to, leads to the owners of the Committee in substantive law, procedural law should be how to position research. Second, compared to owners of the Committee and the residents committees and villagers committees differ in terms of legal characteristics; In practice, the owners of the Committee and the owners, property services companies and the relationship between the relevant administrative departments, which should be how to deal with the relationship between these three. Finally, the case leads to the beginning of this article, the author proposes to improve the system owners of the Committee a few points to be able to help in the practical aspects, and then through the owners of the Committee of the Organization to play its due role to promote the social harmony.
