Abstract


With the rapid socio-economic development of the knowledge-based economy has become the most significant feature of this era, and it is in such a context as the foundation of our country's education gradually forward. Education is the foundation, the Centennial Education, teacher-centered, how to train good teachers become the focus of the current research. In vigorously promoting teacher professional development, the pursuit of the deep-seated, the multiple perspectives of teacher professional development approach has become a trend, and I try to explore the issue of teacher professional development from the perspective of knowledge management. Currently, many front-line teachers have some knowledge of the professional development of teachers, but for the knowledge management as the basis of education and teaching is not very understanding, and some teachers do not even know what knowledge management is. Response, through the investigation, a detailed master teacher for knowledge management understand the situation of the status quo, to point out what are the problems and gives countermeasures. This expectation related part of this study can provide useful lessons for teachers. Paper is divided into four parts: the first part of the introduction, introduces the study of the origin of the study purpose and content, the significance of the research, as well as the study of ideas and methods. The second part is a theoretical explanation of the teachers' knowledge management and professional development of teachers, including the definition of the relevant concepts and theoretical explanation of teachers' knowledge management content between the theoretical interpretation of teachers' professional development content as well as the teachers' knowledge management and teachers' professional development relational interpretation. The third part is a survey of the status of teachers' knowledge management and professional development of teachers and problem analysis, including investigating the implementation of the research, summed up the problems which exist in reality by statistical analysis of the data and be cause analysis and provide the basis for the proposed strategy. Fourth part of teachers in the survey, based on the application of knowledge management practical strategies proposed to promote the professional development of teachers, mainly to improve teachers' understanding of knowledge management, standardize the management of teachers' explicit knowledge, enhance teachers' tacit knowledge mining to improve the level of teachers' knowledge management technologies and communicate with each other to create the culture. In this paper, both the rationale elaborated, also practice survey, supplemented by a description of the case, expect the research to bring useful insights open new ideas, professional development for teachers.
