Abstract


With the establishment of China's socialist market economy , the flow of talent is the inevitable trend of social progress and development , the flow between the teachers also increasing turnover of teachers in urban and rural areas more attentions . Teachers in rural-urban migration is an important guarantee to enhance the vitality of the school organization is a means to optimize the structure of teacher essential . But this does not mean that rural-urban migration of teachers can be free, does not mean that teachers in rural-urban migration is the sooner the better . At our teachers rural-urban migration is still in the primary stage , there is no regularization management , various measures are at the exploratory stage . Teachers as the main body of teachers in urban and rural mobility , mobility for teachers is of great significance , very worthwhile for us to study and explore this article from the point of view of the professional development of teachers to analysis and interpretation of teachers in urban and rural areas flow , so that our teachers in urban and rural areas flow more reasonable . This paper uses a literature analysis and interviews , and select Handan City as a case study of this article . The text is divided into five parts : The first part is an introduction, including proposed research significance of the problem , the literature review and research methods . The second part is the definition and theoretical basis , this section is mainly related concepts elaborated teachers of rural-urban migration , and describes the theoretical basis for the teachers of rural-urban migration . The third part is the impact of rural-urban migration of teachers on the professional development of teachers , mainly from the role of the professional development of teachers and a negative impact on the two aspects . The fourth part is the status of teachers in urban and rural areas flow analysis , Handan City , for example specific illustration and description , and influence factors of rural-urban migration from the teachers , the teachers in the form of rural-urban migration and mobility of teachers in urban and rural areas the specific characteristics of the status of teachers in urban and rural mobility analysis . The fifth part is to promote the professional development of teachers , teachers in rural-urban migration strategy , this paper made ??a total of five-point strategy : The government introduced policies to promote the rational flow of teachers in urban and rural ; to establish township teachers outflow compensation mechanism ; attract highly educated teachers to rural areas from teaching ; to encourage mainly teachers manage to create a good working environment ; improve the management level , and promote the full development of teachers .
