The library is an important part of the institutions of higher learning, the way to provide the most efficient use of school literature resources for teachers and students. Tedious, monotonous work characteristics, however, gradually reduced the enthusiasm of the university librarian work, some long-term personnel engaged in library work even psychological problems, and seriously affect the efficiency. With the rapid development of the society to participate in the work of individuals to bear work pressure, the pressure of living increasing, followed by the physical and mental health problems worsening, moderate pressure to give impetus personal work, however excessive working pressure but it can cause physical and mental fatigue, which also affects the construction and development of the enterprise. At present, not only in the enterprise, in the college's staff also appeared in different levels of work pressure and psychological problems of the different situation, this article attempts to draw on the successful business management Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), in implemented in the management of the University Library staff. EAP (Employee Assistance Program): Employee Assistance Program application to the library development for library staff to provide help in a planned destination to improve employee motivation, it will not only beneficial physical and mental health to the Administrator of the University Library the construction and development of the museum will also play a very important role. Topic of this paper is based on the library urgent need to change the administrator burnout situation analysis of actual work experience, research carried out under the guidance of instructors, library staff burnout, and actively explore how the EAP theory plays an important role in the contemporary business management applications, and proposed to solve the countermeasures and suggestions to the library work. The authors found in the study, the EAP in improving the the librarian work environment, motivate and promote the harmonious development of the college has an important role and the value of the reference. EAP originated in the early twentieth century the United States, in order to solve the problem of the decline in efficiency brought about by the staff at that time alcoholism, drug abuse and other vices, the enterprise in order to deal with this phenomenon generated design a system of welfare support and psychological help the project, due to a significant effect, spread rapidly in Europe and the United States and other developed countries, in China until the nineties of the last century by the introduction of individual multinational. Due to differences in the traditional culture of different ideas, EAP various industries in China have not been implemented, this study is an attempt theoretical exploration, want to be able to moderately adjust the working pressure of the university library staff achieve results. Thesis is divided into three parts, the first part introduces the theoretical sources and content of the EAP, EAP for the significance of human resource management, EAP implementation of the current situation in a foreign country, EAP specific implementation steps and precautions of EAP more system analysis and presentation. The second part by drawing on the study of contemporary psychology of work pressure starting from the theory of working pressure, working pressure source, burnout theory to analyze the root cause of the working pressure of the university library staff, and the pressure on the professional staff constitute , pointed out that the problem of the status of the work of the University Library staff. The third part of the article through the analysis the Librarian of work pressure and understanding of the EAP, the specific interpretation of the idea of ??library management in the implementation of the EAP Jilin University, Nanling Campus Library, University Library of EAP The specific embodiment steps and implementation details of the examples.
