Abstract


Just when the Soviet Union , Russia is facing severe political and economic situation , when President Lee Ye take shock therapy trying to drink out of the economic recession situation, but with little success. Russia's economic indicators continued to deteriorate, people's living standards decline. More seriously , sustained economic recession has shaken the country's stability , the Western countries on Russia 's internal affairs interfered opportunity , in order to overcome adversity to Yeltsin led Russia to energy industry executives had to rely on a series of major reforms to make Russia in energy development has made important progress , the domestic economic situation is gradually stabilizing. Putin came to power , the Russian economy has entered a rapid growth track , national strength significantly increased , the influx of a large number of dollars each year not only Russia 's foreign debt repaid early , but Russia's foreign exchange reserves are increasing. The gradual recovery of the Russian economy has also been satisfied only in the economic success , will already have begun to consider the advantages of energy into their own re- emergence as a world power weapons.
