Abstract


Subtitling is a special kind of translation style , cultural exchanges increasingly frequent in the context of globalization today has attracted a number of scholars and the audience 's interest and discussion . For subtitle translation studies currently do not have a complete theory for guidance , so there are great limitations , such as translators based on their own experience in the translation of subtitles translate some of the proposals put forward , or confined to the context level . The papers from the language translation angle of view, with Treviso Thelen (Verschueren) Pragmatic Adaptation theory research and analysis subtitle translation , trying to provide some useful lessons for subtitle translation . The purpose of this thesis is to provide a useful translation strategy for subtitle translation . In the Treviso Thelen language under the guidance of the Adaptation Theory , describe the method of interpretation and case studies on \In the process of analysis , the paper pointed out that the strategy adopted by the translator , such as alienation , mistranslated , less translation . Summary and analysis of these strategies , hoping to provide a reference to the future subtitle translation translation .
