Abstract


The employment situation of young people in recent years has been in a severe state , especially in the international metropolis like Shanghai , talent, competition is more fierce . This project is intended to solve this situation in Shanghai, China secondary school system for all high school students complete career counseling . Help students make an informed choice in the selection of subjects , voluntary reporting of important life events . Course of the study , the first is the use of personality psychology measurement tools for high school student groups , to measure psychological characteristics , professional competence , and the measurement results were analyzed statistically , at the same time , the family , social factors on students ' career interests lay the foundation for further research . Grouping students based on the test results and the organization of each group to understand their favorite occupation , clear basic literacy in the industry . The organization conducted interviews with professionals in the industry , exchange students to truly clear their career interests , understand their strengths, and to conduct scientific selection of subjects . Furthermore, formal career planning and design of the program for high school students , is divided into two main parts : the first part is the students step by step , career planning courses education goals . The second part explore tripartite mode of communication for teachers , parents and students in the practice , perfect family , school , social support model design . The final step is to design the specific implementation , and through the implementation of specific programs inadequacies perfect , and ultimately the formation of the high school students complete a suitable and effective career planning counseling program .
