Abstract


In the context of teacher professionalization and teacher education reform, teacher professional development is the trend and the trend of the world of teacher education reform and development. Also in China, and promote teacher education reform and promote the professional development of teachers is also promoting how to promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in China, driven by the situation and the basic education curriculum reform context, how to promote the primary and secondary school teachers the healthy development, but also has become the focus of widespread concern in the education sector at home and abroad. Good evaluation of teachers' professional development is an essential part of professional development of teachers, is directly related to the professional development of teachers and the quality of the school's educational. So to speak, to improve teachers 'professional development needs a reasonable evaluation of the professional development of teachers, and reasonable evaluation of teachers' professional development for teachers specialized development to further is very meaningful. Clearly stated and again in last year's national long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020) \many issues also need to get through the effective evaluation of the exact answer. This context, the building in order to promote the professional development of teachers for the purpose of evaluation model, the introduction of scientific evaluation to the professional development of teachers in compulsory education, to help them gradually become excellent teachers, not just for hiring, promotion and appraised, to really make the evaluation closely combined with the professional development of teachers. In view of this, the author summarizes the theoretical research and application of the results at home and abroad on teachers' professional development evaluation, evaluation-oriented compulsory education teachers, positioning the topics for professional evaluation index system of compulsory education teachers in through empirical investigation on the of Hefei part of primary and secondary schools in the course of the study, we hope to establish a set of targeted compulsory education teachers professional development evaluation index system. The text consists of four parts: (1) introduction part. This section introduces the topics of reason, and by the definition of the main concepts as well as domestic and foreign teachers' professional development evaluation study of the status quo, the theoretical and practical significance of the study and pointed out that the research methods and analysis tools. (2) Theory of the part. This section mainly explains the methods of educational evaluation, as well as in-depth study of the connotation of Educational Evaluation System, discusses the significance of building evaluation index system. (3) The index system to build the part. This part is the core part of the present study. The first is to develop assessment index system of principles and research programs, based on the principles and programs of design evaluation index system, extensive literature study and empirical research on the basis of collection of evaluation indicators; then the contents according to the evaluation of the collection compiled Teachers' Professional development evaluation questionnaire survey Hefei part of compulsory education school principals and teachers; questionnaires SPSS13.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of questionnaires, the extracted key indicators and the indicators to be modified to determine the evaluation index system; determine the weights of indicators; development of compulsory education teachers professional development evaluation criteria of association and described; Finally, the questionnaire results of statistical analyzes based on the preparation of the interview outline, Hefei, the 20 compulsory education schools, principals and teachers were interviewed for the inspection and evaluation of the scientific and feasibility and validity testing.
