Abstract


Subsequent to the development of society and knowledge-based economy, college students venture has become a popular topic. Considering pressure from increasing unemployment, a series of policies has been issued for students to promote entrepreneurship; entrepreneurship education policy, fiscal and financial policy, business policy are a few of the educational policies introduced recently. As "three rural" issue gets more attention from the State, the agricultural college students venture has attracted attention from all sectors of society. Higher increasing attention from all sectors of society. Due to the specialization of college students, it will explore not only employment directions of current students, but also play an important role in China’s agricultural and rural development.Student Venture is that the community by which college students provides products or services to the society to meet market needs, and then get returns from society to achieve the value creation activity. Compared with the United States and Europe, Chinese theory and practice of entrepreneurship among college students starts late, the existing economic activities related to entrepreneurship theory is rooted in Western countries. These theories which were proved by the marketing economy could guide the process of development of market economy. This paper uses venture motivation theory, theory of entrepreneurship education and other related topics to help college students venture into the study of entrepreneurship, it makes foundation for the current entrepreneurship theory for agricultural universities.The state provides policy such as venture financing, taxation, administrative services and other appropriate policy to support Student Venture. Considering the current macroeconomic situation of the Agricultural Colleges, though there are many difficulties, the entrepreneurial opportunities has increased a lot compared to the past. The author took Nanjing Agricultural University as example, supplemented by related investigations in institutions of higher agricultural status, make depth empirical analysis of the understanding of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial orientation and preparation, difficulties and needs of business.Besides that,the author also analyzed three individuals of Jiangsu Agricultural middle peasants Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Xu Dafei, pet breeding companies surname Wang and restaurant chain Zhu Lichen with their opinions on difficulties through entrepreneurship.From the surveys we can see that student awareness is weak, the idea conception lags behind the venture, the overall quality need to be improved and they were influenced by their families. On the other side, the curriculum agricultural colleges need to optimize the entrepreneurship courses, teaching as below standard and that entrepreneurship education system is not perfect. In addition, the urban and rural economic structure makes it harder for agricultural college students than for non-agricultural institutions, the support for agricultural colleges were not enough and the entrepreneurship education system needs to be improved, these become the bottleneck of students of entrepreneurship.Since business is facing many difficulties at different levels, not only these colleges but universities and government also have their own problems. The author pointed out that students should enhance business awareness, changing business concepts; enhance learning, knowledge; to join the practice or exercise to make good foundation for future business. The Agricultural Colleges also should improve the optimization of specialties, make teaching programs; create business courses and professionals; provide business platform for them. The whole community should strengthen its support for agricultural institutions, standardize the implementation of business policy students and improve the government’s public platform.
