Abstract

Malpractice crime is a kind of serious corruption. It directly endanger the country management function normal operation with the public activities to national office working personnel job objective fairness of trust. The harm is not only damage the party and the government image, and can give people life and property cause enormous losses, and to some extent, more than corruption and bribery crime, but at present, the judicial organs in investigate misconduct cases there is also "found difficult, obtain evidence of processing, such as problems. One of the most important causal relationship is very complicated special is one of the reasons of malpractice. With judicial cases, this paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice, in-depth study of malpractice causal relationship between the meaning, characteristics, classification and research scope, causality analysis of malpractice of the meaning of "reason" and "results" and put forward concrete determination method; Causality is introduced and reviewed in this paper the current research of malpractice of main theory, and put forward based on the double level causation theory, explore the causal relationship between concrete determination of malpractice should be adopted in the model and decide how to malfeasance disruptions causal relationship, in order to achieve the purpose of solving malfeasance crime causal relationship.
