Abstract

Lake is located in Pudong New Area, dripping Lingang New City, is the largest artificial lake in the heart of Harbor City water system. Dishuihu in shaping the urban landscape ecology, optimization of regional micro-climate environment plays a very important role, and its water quality is directly related to the future development of the city Harbor City and tourism, also indirectly reflects the security situation of water environment of Shanghai. Dripping water from the lake nearby water bodies, bodies of water near the quality of the environment will also affect the water quality of the lake water dripping. From January 2009 to December 2010 against dripping lake phytoplankton to conduct a comprehensive investigation and study, and from March 2009 onwards, increasing peripheral dripping lake water sampling studies, comparative analysis of the lake and its surrounding water bodies dripping differences in phytoplankton community structure and connections to further explore Dishuihu phytoplankton community succession situation, and dripping water quality status of the lake and its surrounding ecological evaluation for dripping lake water quality protection and future tourism development to provide a biological basis. The main results are as follows: January 1,2009 - December 2010, Dishuihu 146 kinds of phytoplankton were identified, belonging to eight 64 genera. Phytoplankton average number 16980000 / L; Quantity composed mainly Chlorophyta dominated, followed by diatoms and Cryptophyta. Phytoplankton has obvious seasonal variation: the highest in summer, lowest in winter. Dripping lake phytoplankton dominant species are the following eight kinds: a small flat crack Cyanophyta algae (Merismopedia minima G. Beck) and the tiny Chroococcaceae (Chroococcus minutus (Kütz.) Nag.), Chlorophyta jersey algae ( Chlamydomonas globosa Snow), diatom algae door oval oval (Cocconeis placentula Ehr.), dinoflagellate genus Gymnodinium door (Gymnodinium sp.), Cryptophyta door C. erosa (Cryptomonas erosa Ehr.) and tip and tail blue cryptalgal (Chroomonas acuta Uterm), chrysophyta small color golden algae (Chromulina pygmaea Nygaard). Each sample point Dishuihu Lakes waters phytoplankton community structure is relatively homogeneous, little difference. January 2,2009 - December 2010 period, the dripping water lake perimeter 223 kinds of phytoplankton were identified, belonging to eight 86 genera. Changes in phytoplankton range of 425-1711 ten thousand / L, biomass, changes in the scope of 2.60-9.79mg / L. Peripheral dominant species of phytoplankton in the water has the following 11 kinds: Chlorophyta four dinoflagellates genus (Cateria sp.), Jersey algae (Chlamydomonas globosa Snow), two algal (Scenedesmus bicaudatus (Hansgirg) Chodat), four gate algae (Scenedesmus quadricauda (Turp.) Brébisson), diatom algae door oval oval (Cocconeis placentula Ehr.), variability Melosira (Melosira variansAgardh.), Khomeini Cyclotella (Cyclotella meneghiniana Kützing), Nitzschia genus (Nitzschia sp.), dinoflagellate genus Gymnodinium door (Gymnodinium sp.), Cryptophyta door C. erosa (Cryptomonas erosa Ehr.) and a pointed tail blue cryptalgal (Chroomonas acuta Uterm). Every point of the dominant species there are differences, but four dinoflagellates genus (Cateria sp.), C. erosa (Cryptomonas erosa Ehr.) And a pointed tail blue cryptalgal (Chroomonas acuta Uterm) to every point common dominant species. 3, using spss software for cluster analysis, the lake and its surrounding water dripping into six kinds of habitats. 6 kinds of habitats and species number of phytoplankton phytoplankton community structure quite different. Dazhi River (W1), Farm Center River (W2), bitter grass growing areas (W9) is far below the number of phytoplankton Lakes. The algae-based water and grass type the number of water bodies close to dripping lake phytoplankton phytoplankton number. Terms of the changes from the dominant species, dominant species seasons Dishuihu obvious; while peripheral water, habitat complexity and diversity, dominant species seasons obvious. According to phytoplankton ecology water quality evaluation results showed that: the current water quality of the lake water dripping in the middle - eutrophic, the external quality of water body is at the level of eutrophication.
