Abstract


In recent years , with the rapid development of mobile communication technology , mobile phone has become an everyday work and life is an important essential supplies and tools. To maintain the smooth flow of mobile communication networks , in particular to ensure emergency mobile emergency communications support work under the timeliness, effectiveness and impact on society is particularly important, so how to further improve the protection of mobile emergency communications capabilities are of great practical significance of research . This paper introduces the project management life cycle , nine knowledge areas such as basic knowledge , the definition of a mobile emergency communications scope and type of security work , through the organization, system processes, material reserves , etc., introduced mobile emergency communications security work status , and mobile emergency communications exercises and examples of security work to do a detailed introduction and summary , pointed out the existing contents of a single work , capacity , lack of system management and other issues. On this basis , this paper attempts to apply the knowledge of project management mobile emergency communications support work. Through the life -cycle management and nine knowledge areas to analyze , identify research priorities for the whole life- cycle management, scope management , time management , risk management in these areas . In the scope of management to sort out security work involved in content and application of the WBS way to create a more comprehensive emergency plan system ; at time management plans to start the process by quantitative analysis , optimization, enhance the response speed of the emergency protection ; the risk management aspects of the emergency security work risks organize experts to conduct an assessment and proposed countermeasures. In this paper, the application of emergency communications security work the results of project management knowledge learned from the actual work of the guiding role . Finally , the article will apply the knowledge of project management work of mobile emergency communications support exploration are summarized, and the future how to further improve emergency communications security work were discussed.
