Abstract


In this thesis, project management in the telecom cost control carried out a systematic analysis . The first describes the current development of the telecommunications industry , the project cost management problems are briefly described . Then discuss the issues related to cost control : first discuss how to build the target cost management system ; then analyzes the common methods of cost control : Average earned value , earned value deviation , EAC alternative calculation method, critical path method , two level earned value method . After completion of this control method introduced to 3G base station access engineering practice cases as a basis for telecom project management cost control methods of analysis ; discusses cost control after the general steps: decomposition of the implementation cost planning, cost process management records, cost analysis of the implementation , and the implementation of cost control to adjust the feedback effect , cash cost control reward and punishment . Finally, a summary of this article pointed out the importance of strengthening cost control management .
