Abstract


Hui is one of China 's 56 ethnic groups , are widely distributed in China , its principal place of residence pattern is a large mixed small concentrated . Their diet by settlements , showing obvious regional research point of this article : Xi'an Muslim Street Urumqi Shanxi Lane Muslim Street , due to the natural environment and the impact of the social environment of the residence , the two Hui Special Diet changed. Xi'an the Hui Street Urumqi Shanxi Lane Muslim Street Special Diet launched a preliminary comparative discourse from five parts : The first part is an introduction , we present the topics of the origin , purpose , meaning , academia, research range , current research and research methods ; second part describes an overview of the Xi'an Muslim Street Urumqi Shanxi Lane Muslim Street , including Xi'an Muslim Street and Urumqi Shanxi Lane Muslim Street history, business profiles, diet ; part III describes the Xi'an Muslim Street Urumqi Shanxi Lane Muslim Street Features diet and its production techniques and heritage ; fourth part of the two specialty diet were compared, analyzed the reasons for the formation of the commonalities and differences ; fifth part of the Muslim food culture adaptive changes results and significance . Through discourse to draw the following conclusions : First, the two places Hui Features diet changes precisely reached adaptive changes of the environment in harmony with the people around ; Second, the pattern of the Unity of the Chinese national culture more conducive to diversified development , conducive to different cultural groups to learn from each other , thus contributing to the national culture , constantly enrich and develop . Third , when a group living environment changes , a variety of different cultural patterns of interacting with each other , adaptive changes in the original culture will inevitably affect each other .
