The Value of Serum CA125、CA72-4 to Diagnosis Ovarian Cancer:A Systematic Review

Abstract


Objective: To investigate serum CA125 and CA72-4 ovarian cancer diagnostic value . The screening literature : computer retrieval PubMed Sciencedirect , the Cochrane library , Ovid . , Chinese HowNet , VIP database literature , in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria and extracted characteristic information included in the study . The Meta-DiSc 1.4 software for statistical analysis using statistically . The QUADAS scale extracted all the literature a rigorous evaluation of the quality and heterogeneity analysis , according to the heterogeneity of the size of the effect model to calculate the combined specificity , sensitivity , and draw SROC ( integrated the curve of the receiver operating characteristic curve ) , calculated under the curve area ( AUC ) . Results: Total of 458 relevant literature , after a rigorous screening ultimately included 12 in the English literature . After pathological gold standard for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer patients with a total of 741 cases , 1054 cases of the control group . Meta-analysis results showed that the CA125 , CA72 -4 group each incorporate heterogeneity between studies , SROC area under the curve were 0.9182,0.7376 . Conclusion: Serum CA125 and CA72-4 in ovarian cancer have better diagnostic value , the sensitivity of CA125 significantly better than CA72-4, but the specificity was slightly worse than CA72 -4 .
