Abstract


Development of market economy has its inherent fundamental requirements , one of which is the good order of competition , through competition , can make the optimal allocation of resources . The emergence of administrative monopoly , seriously endangering the order of fair competition , and therefore must be regulated through laws . However , academia , current laws on administrative monopoly regulation is no uniform understanding of the problem , the existing law of administrative monopoly regulation measures are still flaws, this August 1, 2008 implementation of the \great obstacles . This article attempts by the general theory of administrative monopoly and the existing laws are not perfect place for clearance , push on administrative monopoly regulation , and promote rapid and healthy development of China's economy .
