Abstract


Objective: to degenerative knee inflammation as the main research object to explore clinical efficacy for the treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee and objective evaluation of joint active casual combination of celecoxib capsules . Methods: Clinical collected 90 cases of degenerative arthritis of the knee in patients randomized in the western medicine group given oral administration of joint the active scattered with celecoxib capsules treatment pure western group given celecoxib cloth capsule treatment , pure traditional Chinese medicine group was given orally joint active scattered treatment , four weeks for a course of treatment ( celecoxib treatment on knee osteoarthritis treatment ), three courses of treatment , observation efficacy and recurrence . Results: After 6 months of observation and follow-up , in the western medicine group total effective rate of 93.33% ; pure western group, the total effective rate of 73.33% ; simple total effective rate of 73.33% . The three groups are different (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion : 1 . Using the joint active bulk Differentiation Modified combined with celecoxib cloth capsule can effectively relieve pain , prevent and delay the development of osteoarthritis of the knee , protect the joints and articular cartilage . Whole squidding play to the characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment , western medicine to relieve symptoms quickly improve local inflammatory response , the combination of Chinese and Western medicine can complement each other , and their respective advantages to make up for their lack , can effectively improve efficacy , reduce side effects , reduce the burden on patients with certain clinical advantages , worthy of clinical use .
