Abstract


Sino-US trade friction frequently happened under the background of financial crisis.It is essential to know how to use DSM to resolve trade frictions and how to make full use of WTO accession for China to maintain good international trade environment.however,in the Sino-US trade friction cases,the participate as parties are in a very limitde numbers ,which is extremely inconsistent with China’s current situation that frequently suffer from the U.S. dispute. It shows that our coutry have long way to go in the aspect of how to fully use of the rights of WTO accession of China.This thesis studies how to use DSM to resovle the issue of Sino-US trade friction.finding out the reason that the low efficiency for China to use DSM though the methods of analyze the different situation of using DSM to resovle the issue of Sino-US trade friction.and also analyze the positive impact of DSM to our county.pointing out the inportance and necessity of using the DSM to sovle the Sino-US trade friction after we enter WTO,then,studing the stategies of utilizing DSM, according to the situation under the backgroud of finicial crisis of our country and the practise after entering into WTO,including intensifying the research and utilization of DSM,perfecing DSM, and cultivating domestic environment conforming to WTO regulations,so as to enable us to use DSM to settle the dispute better.
