Abstract


China is a multi-ethnic socialist country, the educational backwardness is the root cause of the long - term national economic and behind , the real bottleneck for economic growth and development of ethnic minority areas . Xinjiang's construction and development depends largely on the level of quality of the culture of the people of all ethnic groups , the level of quality of the population largely depends on the education level . Xinjiang 's population characteristics of the decision to develop national education . ? \In this paper, the the minority backbone of the high-level personnel training program from 2006 since the existing data collection and analysis based on the use of administrative science, ethnology, education 's basic theory and principle of a minority of high-level backbone the Training Scheme theoretical basis and practical significance. With the research data of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Department of Education , summed up the basic situation of minority backbone of the high-level personnel training in Xinjiang , on this basis , to put forward new ideas to improve the minority of the backbone of the high-level personnel training program in Xinjiang .
