Abstract


This paper argues that democratic society is the foundation of democracy, the growing democratic society will promote China’s democratic political development.Since the establishment of new China, the people are the masters of the basic framework of the political system, China started building grass-roots democratic political system, but due to insufficient development of democratic society, the lack of basic democracy.lt is the reform and opening up, China’s economic, political, cultural and social life, great changes have taken place before birth, and promoted grassroots democracy.The further development of grassroots democracy and have to rely on the further development of a democratic society.Growing civil society, public sphere continues to expand, the quality of public awareness and growing democracy, political participation, continuous improvement initiative, etc., all indicate that China’s democracy is growing fast.The goal of a democratic society is the society run according to democratic principles, and our many years of experience in the development of grassroots democracy in the cultivation of a democratic society provides many favorable conditions, while nurturing a democratic society for the further development of grassroots democracy, thus promoting democracy from the topto the important role.Foster community in a democratic society the natural soil, through the community’s economic life, political life, cultural life to build democracy in a democratic society all necessary elements of democratic society is the inevitable choice.
