Abstract


In agricultural and industrial production and real life , especially in the petrochemical and gas-liquid two-phase detection field , the need to measure the vertical pipe section or tilt tube sections differential pressure signal scenario gradually increased , due to the traditional differential pressure measuring device must be tube or impulse impulse impulse device , and thus have an impact on the measurement results , this project was proposed and designed a new split-type differential pressure measuring method . Papers in the review and summarize the traditional differential pressure measurement methods based on simulation experiments in the experimental stage , and the use of measurement uncertainty theory of distribution, contrast mathematical models are analyzed to determine the optimal measurement solutions . The differential pressure measuring device using split probe , the integration of the design of the bridge , the choice of fast dynamic response, high sensitivity diffused silicon pressure sensor probe detection component , AD620 constitute a front-end signal amplifier circuit using MSP430F149 microcontroller design site displays and communication circuit selection XTR115 4 ~ 20mA converter circuit , LCD the module selection YB1602A in the experimental stage of thermal sensor system hardware debugging using C language system software , and simulation debugging . Zeroing pressure and differential pressure display module function of the measuring system software design . Finally, the use of second-class standard pressure check station for calibration of the device , and experimental data analysis showed that the the split differential pressure signal measuring device reaches the expected design goals , the device utilizes two 0.5% of the probe by the circuit design and fixes , the differential pressure measurement accuracy of 0.5% , better than the traditional two subtraction pressure the split differential pressure measurement methods .
