Abstract


Since 2007 , since the outbreak of the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis , the weak state of the global economy has entered into a development , national economies are in the process of recovery encounter bottlenecks , such as the debt crisis in countries such as Greece, Ireland , were a continuation of the subprime mortgage crisis , the experts believe that this weakness downturn will continue for a long period of time , this period of time is known as the \This paper introduces the concept and theoretical basis of the two operating modes , a detailed analysis of the current development of the global business model , combined with the actual development of the country , a simple analysis of the development of China 's financial industry . Trying to start from the empirical and theoretical , comparative study of three typical mixed operation mode , combined with the development trend of the global financial industry , the business model of China 's financial industry practice to be evaluated and outlook , summarized in Mixed Operation of development suited to China's post-crisis era mode - financial holding company , and puts forward the way of our financial mixed select steps arrangements . Finally combined with specific actual development of the points worth of comprehensive thinking on China to build a financial holding company , financial security, and regulatory systems , internal control mechanisms . The innovative point of this paper is : on the basis of the mixed operation mode , the consolidated operating mode - safe mode .
