Abstract


Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SME) financing always to be a hot topic,because it’s difficult to apply effective financing risk sharing mechanism to solve this problem.The discussion nowadays focus on innovation about the financing technoiogy,ignoring its practical and universal use.This research try to find out the common points in numerous cases,construct high-risk SME risk sharing mechanism,offer proper financing system and matching financing technology for different enterprises,in order to avoid financial risks in the maximum degree.Firstly,this paper describes the current financing risk sharing situation,expounds the related financing theorys of SME.Secondly,it collects all kinds of characteristic cases to summarize a variety of financing technology in combination with the actual basis,concludes the common characteristics in various financing modes.Thirdly,chooses the system engineering method to construct a 3-dimensional(3-d) model,which analyses the financing risk sharing mechanism with a kind of brand-new angle, provides a new channel to solve the problem.Model structure references system engineering 3-d model from system dimension,method dimension and risk dimension three aspects.According to different subjects,it forms six systems;integrates financing methods effectively such as credit guarantees,credit community and risk investment;determines the bearing financial risks in every stage through the SMEs’ financing characteristics at various growth stage.Finally,this paper forwards that use appropriate financing technology in financing process,introduce different organizations into corresponding financing system could avoid risks which emerge during growing stages.So,proper financing method position will lay a foundation for sharing risks mechanism.Case analysis compares the advantages and disadvantages of various financing methods,embodys the applicability of different methods.Therefor,a 3-d model is applied to analyse the current situation,particularly highlight model’s effective.In practice,this model could be a reference tool in SME financial risk management,according to each aspect and factor in 3-d model,we can propose guidelines and advices for SME financing,and call on all participants to assist and supervise the financing process so as to share financing risks in common.
