The main purpose of this study is to establish an evaluation system for enterprise project management capabilities, and building the evaluation model of enterprise project management capacity with structural equation principle. Through the research to evaluation of Enterprise project management capabilities, exploring that our business improve enterprise project management capabilities purposefully and consciously, and playing to the best advantage of project management. Thesis started research work using these methods: combined analysis and normative analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, comparative analysis and other methods .Firstly, it introduced the research background, significance, research status at home and abroad, research contents and methods. And explained the relevant theory about project management and structural equation, these laid a theoretical foundation for the research to the evaluation of enterprise project management.Secondly, based on three principles :objective, scientific and critical, this paper established two and three rank indicators about the evaluation of enterprise project management.And the two-indicator include six indicators : enterprise project management maturity, enterprise project management strategy capacity, enterprise project management system capacity, enterprise project management knowledge capacity, human resource capacity, enterprise project management culture capacity. Three-indicator as the basis for the questionnaire. According to elaborate the content and relationships of these indicators, maded on the assumptions about evaluation of enterprise project management capabilities based on structural equation theory.Thirdly, through the collate data and analysis on descriptive statistics, reliability analysis and validity, constructed the structural equation model to evaluation of enterprise project management. fitting and updating the model after importing data.We can see from the results that the impact of efforts to improve enterprise project management capabilities in order was enterprise project management system, enterprise project management strategy, enterprise project management knowledge, enterprise project management maturity,human resource capacity.Finally, through using the evaluating model to enterprise project management capabilities of Ao-Dong company in Tangshan,we can see that the impact of efforts to improve enterprise project management capabilities in order was the situation of Quality control, information communication, human resources, the control of progress.
