Abstract


Business Incubator is a associated with the rise of the industrial revolution in new technology and development of new social and economic organization in a foreign country , often referred to as the Business Innovation Centre ( Business Innovation Centre ) in the country , also known as the Technology Business Incubator or tech Innovation Service Center . Entrepreneurs for outstanding scientific and technological culture , played a huge role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements , as well as the cultivation of high-tech enterprises . The construction and development of the technology business incubators is important for countries to promote scientific and technological industrialization process . With the changes in the socio-economic development and the social system , the construction of the Technology Business Incubator face not only ushered in new opportunities and challenges , technology business incubators , innovation incentives \Incubator incentive mechanism is the incubator management system of an important an integral part of it in improve the efficiency of the service , to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff of the incubators , etc. to play with a positive role , at the same time it is the incubator team management of important measures and means to promote the sustainable development of the incubator is important protection. The main use of literature , theoretical analysis , case analysis , information economics, quantitative research methods .
