Abstract


The first two decades of this century , is an important period of strategic opportunities for China's modernization , and accelerate the optimization of industrial structure upgrading and growth mode transformation into an important strategic task to implement the scientific concept of development . In this paper, on the basis of the description of a large number of statistical Shijiazhuang industrial economy , the use of factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process , in-depth analysis of Shijiazhuang City, the industrial and economic structures of the status quo , and combined with the characteristics of the industrial structure in Shijiazhuang City , select the next period of Shijiazhuang City, industry leading industries and competitive industries and industrial structure optimization and upgrading of in-depth study , a useful exploration to improve the industrial structure of industrial policy . This paper first introduces the concept and the theory of industry , industrial restructuring and industrial policy , from the point of view of the industrial structure interpretation of the status quo of the industrial structure in Shijiazhuang , Shijiazhuang industrial structure followed by factor analysis and cluster analysis study of the deep-seated to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the industries in Shijiazhuang City . Then , the use of the analytic hierarchy process selection and analysis of the leading and dominant industries Shijiazhuang various industries , dissect internal Shijiazhuang industrial structure features . On this basis , in accordance with the requirements of the new era of industrial structural adjustment policies , the the Shijiazhuang industrial structure optimization and upgrading of the policy recommendations . This article aims to fostering the growth of Shijiazhuang City, the leading and dominant industries , speed up the upgrading of the industrial structure optimization , enhance the competitive advantage of the industry to provide scientific guidance and advice , and also provide a reference for the local industrial structure adjustment .
