Abstract

Natural rubber has excellent overall performance, is widely used, but a certain amount of rubber content of protein, the presence of the protein is easy to make rubber mold, moisture absorption, heat, conductivity and other deterioration, especially the emergence of rubber products protein allergy problems, these problems will cause natural rubber in some areas of the application has been limited, in order to improve these problems, the expansion of application fields of natural rubber, natural rubber for low-protein treatment was more meaningful to.This alkaline protease biochemistry of fresh latex method of removing protein, low protein natural rubber prepared to study the amount of enzyme, digestion time and temperature on the removal of protein digestion and the effect, testing physical and chemical properties of raw rubber and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber, of the low protein natural rubber (LPNR) and natural rubber (NR) in the thermal degradation of nitrogen, analysis of rubber processing performance by Rheo-line type of rubber processing analyzer made in The British Prescott company. The results show that:alkaline protease treated with natural rubber latex, nitrogen content was significantly lower, physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber is not only because of the decrease of nitrogen content, but slightly increased, and by inference the nitrogen content of data processing and drawing strength of the relationship between the equation. Ageing of the performance is not affected. The enzyme dosage, temperature, amount of stabilizer as the three factors, the design factor of three three-level orthogonal experimental design, in optimum conditions, the low-protein natural rubber latex processing, the results show that:the temperature and protease digestion and the amount of the de-protein effect is very significant factor, stability, dosage is not significant factors.Thermal analysis shows that:low protein natural rubber and natural rubber in nitrogen is a step in the degradation reaction, both the degradation reaction in nitrogen or less, but the degradation of low protein natural rubber in terms of the initial temperature higher than natural rubber, indicating that the thermal degradation of the protein in the rubber start to play "protect" the role of rubber.Processing performance analysis shows that, LPNR and NR frequency sweep, strain sweep and temperature sweep in the elastic modulus and loss factor curves of the corresponding variation of the same, little difference between the two. This shows that, after extrusion of protein did not affect the processing properties of rubber.
