Abstract

Chinese language teaching jobs for the national minority in our country has already carried out for more than half a century. The Chinese language is a useful tool in listening, speaking, reading and writing for Mongolian students in their life. The Chinese language teaching should train students to become persons who can use Chinese language in listening, speaking, reading and writing. The reading teaching about the Chinese language is an ability training ground for simulating’a practical language environment’. The teaching processes are processes for training practical ability, and a main purpose is to help learners acquire communicative competence, that is, training language ability is its main task.In the teaching processes, Chinese language teachers should make clear the nature of the course, follow the characteristic of the Chinese language course, attach importance to idea and concept of the curriculum reform, and focus on the guidance for students to correctly understand and apply the Chinese language, to enhance the accumulation of language, and to build up their sense of language, thereby enabling them to have literacy ability, reading ability, writing ability and oral communication ability satisfying actual needs, enhancing self-confidence and forming good habits in learning Chinese language, mastering the basic methods for learning Chinese language, and laying a solid foundation for their lifelong development.During the period of actual teaching in many years, the author profoundly felt that the contemporary Chinese language reading teaching is the core and key of the Chinese language teaching for the Mongolian students. The classroom teaching is a main channel and main form of the Chinese language reading teaching. Chinese language teachers need to not only change the teaching idea, but also research education and teaching strategies, so it’s very necessary to research this present topic. In this paper,’the independence, cooperation and exploration’is as an idea of the contemporary Chinese language reading teaching, the author tries to realize the innovative practice of reading teaching and open up new worlds of the reading teaching from a new point of view, thereby improving the reading ability of students, and highlighting an aspect of instrumentalism related to the Chinese language subject.Regard the theories as guides, on the basis of the author’s years of experience in teaching, the author does some researches about the contemporary Chinese language reading teaching of the Inner Mongolia Tongliao Mongolian High School (hereinafter referred to as the Tongliao Mongolian School) by using the Chinese teaching materials among the Mongolian High School curriculum standard experiment textbooks published by the Inner Mongolia Education Press as a detailed case.This paper has three chapters and wherein the first chapter relates to the research of the contemporary Chinese language teaching materials of the Tongliao Mongolian School, the second chapter relates to investigation and analysis of the current situation of the contemporary Chinese language reading teaching of the Tongliao Mongolian School, and the third chapter relates to discussion to the contemporary Chinese language reading teaching strategies of the Tongliao Mongolian School, which includes three parts: Discussion of the problem of stimulating student’s interest in Chinese language reading, Discussion of reasonably constructing the contemporary Chinese language reading teaching classroom, and How to encourage students to conduct extracurricular reading.Considering the characteristics of instrumentalism and humanism related to the Chinese language, this paper accurately holds the goal of the three dimensions:knowledge and ability, process and method as well as Emotion attitude and value; seriously analyses law of learning the Chinese language for Mongolian students and training and development of skills of Mongolian students in listening, speaking, reading and writing; and focus on the researches for the contemporary Chinese language reading teaching, thus trying to provide a scientific operation system of the contemporary Chinese language reading teaching which has pertinence, practicality and effectiveness, and stimulating oneself to optimize teaching activities.
