Abstract


Recently, the problem of protecting the right of worker obtained more and more concern in the world. The concept of international labor standard, core labor standard, society clause, rule of companies’ society obligation and SA8000 society obligation standard became effective. With the development and perfect of international labor standard, admitting labor standard comprehensively, combining with trade and finding more method to implement labor standard become the feature in the world. In China, although international labor standard has implemented, but there are still many problems in the area of active and law, it also has big gap with the request of labor standard. So, study international labor standard’s impact to us and the method to face it has important theory and active value.At the base of studying the basic theory and context about labor standard, analyzing the modern implement of international labor standard, in this paper, listing its develop trend and analyzing the problems of implementing it in China, giving method to resolve the problem of facing international labor standard develop trend. There are five parts in this paper, the main context as follows:In part 1, it introduces the background and value of this paper, and summarize the modern condition of in and abroad of China’s scholars’studies.In part 2, it introduces the theory and context about the international labor standard, analyzes the history and law source of international labor standard, and state related rules situation.In part 3, begin with the modern development of international labor standard, hereby analyzing modern method and main body of implement, combining with the problems and disputes, giving the trend and direction on future international labor standard.In part 4, it introduces the situation of convention admission and the system of labor laws and rules in China, and analyzing the problems of implementing labor standard amply. In part 5, at the basement of analyzing the problem of implementing labor standard in China, giving the countermeasure of implementing labor standard in our country.
