Abstract


Since reform and opening-up, China’s manufacturing industry experiences a rapid development, and gradually established the "manufacturing" status in the world. However, there are still large gaps between China’s manufacturing enterprises and the developed countries, especially in technological innovation. Besides, there are lots of problems in technological innovation management for the enterprise. The enterprises also pay attention to technological innovation, while ignore the idea of innovation and cultural innovation, and lack of incentive innovation system arrangement. The organization structure layer is overlap and rigid. Besides, the enterprise lack of a clear technical innovation strategy. Therefore, studying on technological innovation of China’s manufacturing enterprises is of significance to both international competitiveness of enterprises and development of national economy.This paper analyzes several important technological innovation management modes, and puts forward another kind of technological innovation dynamic management mode. The theme of this paper is how the enterprise carry dynamic management to control the technological innovation factors according to different stages of product life cycle, in order to make the innovation performance maximum, so as to continuously enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. The paper focuses on solving two problems:Firstly, which factors will affect the innovation performance and the enterprise’s core competitiveness in the technological innovation process, and how these factors have impact on the innovation performance? Secondly, how enterprises take dynamic management to enhance innovation performance in different stages of product life cycle?On the impact factors of technological innovation, this paper argues that technology itself is also an important factor. In this paper, the factors will be classified into four categories:project factor, resource factor, management factor and environment factor. Then the paper analyzes the environment characteristic and the enterprise’s strategic objectives in the each stage of product life cycle, according to which the paper acquires the important factor. At the same time, the paper analyzes how to manage the resource factors, project factors and management factors, how to effectively use the external environmental factors, finally obtain the technological innovation management points. In the end, the paper has given several suggestions to enterprises carrying the technological innovation.
