Abstract


New rural pension insurance program is one of our major national policy decisions and plans .To enhance the quality and the new agricultural insurance services, regulatory information for the construction, according to provincial Jinbaogongcheng master plan, issued a "new rural endowment insurance Jinji information technology program "and proposed the construction of" new rural social pension insurance information management system ".
