Abstract


Using spaceborne sensors to detect on the surface of the earth from space and access to information, has been widely used in various fields of social, economic construction and national defense construction. Users increasingly expect to be able to complete more complex Earth observation satellite observation needs. On Earth Observation of the complexity of the demand is mainly reflected in the airspace covering the requirements of a wide range of coverage requirements of the time domain and frequency domain several times to cover the requirements of multi-dimensional and so on. Complex and diverse observation needs to bring satellite mission planning, such as planning algorithm complexity, low performance planning, the planning results of user satisfaction, the irrational use of scarce satellite resources. Earth observation needs analysis is the front end of the satellite mission planning, through the analysis of the characteristic elements of the original observation needs reasonable fusion associated redundancy earth observation needs to optimize multi-satellite relay observation process, effectively enhance the planning and scheduling of satellite missions performance, making observations and more responsive to the requirements of different types of users. The main work includes: 1-depth study of the characteristic elements of earth observation demand and earth observation requirements description model based on the needs of the characteristic elements of earth observation; Secondly, based on the attributes of the relevant characteristics of the earth observation satellite its equipped with ground observation sensor type, set up a satellite-to-ground observation capacity descriptive model; then, expounded the user to draw the ground observation needs complex nature and satellite mission planning process overload planning issues, and thus clear the this paper's research focus that the user draws on observation needs to do the associated fusion analysis and multi-satellite relay observation process analysis. 2. Study the correlation between the demand for Earth Observation. This paper introduces the association to measure quantitative study observing the degree of correlation between the demand, including the airspace related measure, the associated measure of the time domain and frequency domain correlation measure and the total measure of the association. Finally, by traversing the tree algorithm and simulation method of a process model the logical correctness of the analysis. Finally, the reasoning method of multi-satellite relay observation program covering the probe and its key part of monitoring regional targets based on heuristic rules. Based on the research, design, and with good human-computer interaction to observation needs analysis prototype system, validation and evaluation of the technical effectiveness and practicality.
