Abstract


Based on Xian-yan airport freeway, such factors as original material, the mix proportion and the road performance, the construction of porous asphalt pavement eat al. are deeply and systematically experimental studied, the results can provide basic experimental data on developed the application of porous asphalt pavement.Firstly, the original mix material performance indicators of porous asphalt pavement are analyzed, the technical indexes and requirements of modified bitumen, aggregate, mineral powder and stabilized crushed stone are put forward. It can be see from the conclusion that high-viscosity asphalt behavior indexes can be get when introduce certain TPS modified asphalt into common SBS.The contribution of porous asphalt with different mineral aggregate particle size to gradation design, its gradation design methods, OAC design and its performance are experimental studied, and its optimized proportioning are decided. Follows conclusions are put forward: object porosity is decided by 2.36mm through rate, the maximum quantity of asphalt is decided by flow test, design method of porous asphalt pavement ratio can be decided by drainage performance test, scattering loss test, Marshal Test, wheel tracking test and immersion stability test. Porosity should more than 18% in the hope of getting the good drainage effect and reducing the noise, the quantity of asphalt should as far as possible in the hope of catering the need of durability and water stability.Based on the experiment on road performance of porous asphalt mixture, the relation between void ratio and mechanic performance, high temperature stability performance, low temperature crack resistance performance, water-stability performance and durability performance are analyzed, and the effect laws of different modified asphalt on the mixture’s road performance also are analyzed. After compared the different structural type bituminous mixture’road performance, the road performance’merits and demerits of porous asphalt are studied.The construction technique about porous asphalt pavement is researched, and the reasonable construction technology of drainage, machinery combination, methods and standards about construction quality inspection are determined. The controlling and testing of porous asphalt pavement is summarized base on practical case of Xian-yan airport freeway, it can be see from the monitor information that the attenuation spread of every road usage index and drainage function are low, and the usage performance is good. These information are show that the construction of porous asphalt pavement is successful, the construction technique is scientific and reasonable.
