Abstract


Communication project is the important infrastructure construction projects of modern telecommunications increasing scale, and this corresponds to the content of communications engineering will be more complex, the project completely done by a contractor is very difficult, specialized division of labor gradually. This paper studies the management of communications engineering sub-contractors, in order to compress the size of the enterprise, enhance the core competitiveness, more efficient use of resources.This sub-contractor for the communications project management reference framework for project management approach, proposed the use of project management knowledge in the overall project management, human resources management, communication management, general contractor and subcontractors to do the relationship between established, the division of rights and obligations and the actual engineering problems in the coordination to ensure project quality and progress control.Project management framework by drawing on the relevant model, this paper implements the general contractor and subcontractors to build partnerships that will enable the management of subcontractors and enter a virtuous cycle of mutual benefit. While the sub-contractor management model introduced in the supervision of management control is more commonly used two one three-coordinate, making the sub-contractor management more in line with modern project management system.
