Abstract


Private banking is to provide a package of high-level financial services exclusively to the affluent. In China, according to Merrill Lynch and Capgemini 2006 Asia-Pacific Wealth Report \With the ever-growing number of affluent groups, their demand for wealth preservation and appreciation of also increasing, with the awakening of their financial awareness, become the inevitable choice of services to enhance the existing commercial banks to carry out of the private banking business. Private banking business due to its high profitability and will also become contested foreign banks, while the private banking business in Western developed countries, has 400 years of history, which determines foreign banks in talent, product have not self-evident advantages. In 2008, China has the full liberalization of financial markets, the face of strong competition, China's commercial banks only accelerate the pace of development of the private banking business, in order to win in the competition. Set forth in the first chapter, the concept of private banking and private banking, and pointed out the characteristics of the private banking business, Western private banking status quo, characteristics and trends in the second chapter, the private banks on the development of our country revelation and warning of the business, the third chapter illustrates the development status of China's private banking business, the need for the development of private banking, and analyzes the favorable conditions of China's commercial banks in the development of the private banking and the presence of obstacles, In the fourth chapter to be established in line with China's national conditions in China to the center of radiation team service model based on a variety of products and services for the support, with standardized service processes, the close cooperation between the departments, the sharing of resources, has more mining capacity of private banks channel customer service system. For clearing the private banking business development obstacles, from a banking perspective, China's commercial banks through third-party co-operation to accelerate product and service innovation, speed up the establishment of the culture and the Expert team of private banking client manager, to promote the development of the wealth management business improve the customer relationship management system, strengthen the building of the risk control system, improve the pricing power, through the use of a wide range of marketing strategies to accelerate the development of electronic banking, and promote the development of private banking; From a government perspective, should private banks provide a good financial environment for business development, to speed up the private banking legislation, so as to establish a personal credit system, strengthen financial regulation, to guide consumers paid consumption concept, to create a favorable policy environment for the private banking business development; social level, should public opinion and other factors, to guide the public to establish a correct concept of Investment, to create a favorable external environment for the development of private banking.
