Abstract


Marine construction organization is facing dramatic changes in the construction environment and a variety of complex and changeable flexible influencing factors , proposed the offshore construction organization should be flexible theory under the guidance of flexible decision-making . Sea Construction organization decision - making problems , not only is the research on the method level , more important is to establish a scientific concept . The core of this paper is how to apply the concept of flexible theory to study the decision problem of offshore construction organization , it is related to costly , long construction period offshore project can be successful completion of construction and the rational allocation and effective use of resources can be . Discussed flexible definition, theoretical review on the basis of flexible and a brief analysis of the content and features of the flexible decision-making procedures and flexible decision - making methods . In flexible decision theory under the guidance from the system point of view , research flexible offshore construction and corresponding countermeasures for a variety of flexible influencing factors in the actual situation of the various offshore typical engineering theory .
