Abstract


At present China’s large-scale construction projects in promoting economic development plays an important role, generally has a "tight schedule, the specialist sub-units and more technically difficult" and other features. Progress of the project as one of the key projects of the three, the whole project play a key role. Affect the progress of the project have many causes, how to use proper scientific methods to control the progress of works is the construction of difficult, but also the focus of construction. Use the scientific method of project management theory, control the progress of the construction project management play a catalytic role.In this paper, the use of project management approach to the GS to study the progress of building projects. First, an analysis of the overall project construction plans is how to build, and then progress to develop the means to take control and safeguard measures. In the implementation of the project, check the status of progress, the progress of control from that generated in the process deviation. Through the collection of data, a comprehensive analysis to identify the reasons for bias and the impact of duration of follow-up. Do not use stereotypes on decision analysis, and storage and other operations research methods, choose the correct way to adjust the progress of control measures to optimize the project schedule network diagram, and through dynamic monitoring of the implementation measures, and ultimately to control The purpose of the progress.
