Abstract

China’s sports schools athletics cultivate shoulders back-up mission essential personnel, and coaches of athletes in training process, plays a decisive role. Therefore, to enhance the School track and field coaches of sports teams research is necessary. In this paper, School of Heilongjiang Province sports team coaches track and field study of current situation, identify the existing problems, the development of countermeasures, which improve Heilongjiang School track and field coaches of sports teams the overall level of department director for the Administration to provide reference for decision-making , will have a positive meaning and essential value. In this paper, literature survey, mathematical statistics, research methods, such as logic analyzers, from the basic status quo, the mentality of the status, training status, the status of scientific research, management and other aspects of the situation in Heilongjiang Province School track and field coaches of sports teams for analysis and study of the status quo, the development of countermeasures. The results show that:(1) coaches to middle-aged and young age structure as the main body; academic structure and title of the structure of the low; foreign languages and computer applications are weak. (2) the low occupational status; of their love for a higher degree of career; half of the coaches of the express are not satisfied with a monthly income; most coaches have the dedication and sense of responsibility, a small number of coaches are not satisfied with working conditions; Athletics Coaches team of occupational stability in general. (3) the implementation of "China’s track and field training program teaching" situation is not optimistic; training plan is not satisfactory; athletes the basic means of physical tests at the original status. (4) the number of weekly training slightly, a small number of coaches training time longer; training means the restoration of a single; athletes had little chance; training venues, equipment can not meet the basic training required; training budget is not adequate, the training is mainly funded mainly to government funding. (5) the degree of research interest is not high; low research capability, research instruments and equipment and lack of funds. (6) approach to leadership selection and appointment of the main study; coaches training is not optimistic; coaches training file set up the situation is not ideal. To address the above problems, the development of countermeasures are: (1) Leaders should pay attention to back-up track and field talents. (2) increase the degree of importance attached to functional departments to strengthen the ranks of job training coaches. (3) improve the scientific level of training. (4) raise funds through multiple channels to strengthen the track and field venue, equipment investment. (5) sports training and close integration of scientific research.
