Abstract


Along with economic globalization and continuous improvement, a growing number of foreign manufacturers began to target suppliers shifted to low-cost manufacturing, where is a huge market demand and rapid economic development in areas , such as China. The world’s major aero-engine large-scale enterprises to enter the Chinese market at the same time, in order to seek suppliers and China expand cooperation, and supporting parts of the procurement volume increased sharply. L subcontract the production of the company over the past few years of outstanding performance, by the international subcontracting of great concern to buyers. Subcontract production to seize the business opportunities for the rapid development of new sub-production line, it is imperative to enhance productive capacity.In this paper, it studied from project management, the concept of Tendering and Bidding, as well as a summary analysis of the form. First of all papers researched the project management field, the concept of the project, characteristics and life-cycle theory, as well as project management features and content analysis. On this basis, paper go on studying the concept of Tendering and Bidding, and characteristics of papers on the three main forms of the tender analysis. Based on the above theoretical basis the paper researched the sub-production line construction project management of Tendering and Bidding. It analyzed the project activities in the systems and procedures of Tendering and Bidding. According to activities of Tendering and,the status and existing processes, identify the problems of the Tendering and Bidding activities
