Abstract


Yttrium oxyfluoride was synthesized in aqueous solution by reacting with yttrium chloride as the raw material, ammonium hydrogen carbonate as the precipitator, and hydrofluoric acid as the fluridizer. Study of the phase component and the rule of pyrogenation is used to find out the area of precipitation temperature of yttrium oxyfluoride by using XRD and TG-DTA.
