Abstract


Objective : To observe the hypoxia-inducible factor -1 (hypoxia-inducible factor-1, HIF-1) on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in acute inflammatory response . Method : clean and healthy level 24 rats were randomly divided into three groups , eight in each group including ① of dimethylglyoxime glycine (DMOG) Group : ischemia and reperfusion injury model before 24h intraperitoneal injection 20ug / g DMOG, ligation of the left anterior descending (LAD) 60 min, after lifting of ligation 180 min , to establish myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury in animal models ; ② control group : 24h before ischemia and reperfusion injury model to establish an intraperitoneal injection of physiological saline 0.5ml, ligation of the left anterior descending (LAD) 60 min, released upon ligation 180min , to establish myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury in animal models ; ( 3 ) sham group : 24 hours prior to surgery for intraperitoneal injection of normal saline 0.5 ml of cut pericardium , threading instead of the left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery ligation , does not establish myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in animal models . Three groups of rats were collected at the end of the experiment right atrial blood serum was separated , determination of the intercellular adhesion molecule -1 ( ICAM -1 ) cells in the rat serum interleukin -8 (IL-8) expression levels ; killed rat hearts were removed , determination of myocardial tissue HIF-1 mRNA expression . Results : DMOG hypoxia-inducible factor-1 mRNA expression than in the control group was significantly increased ( P < 0.05 ) ; TMOG serum of ICAM - 1 and IL-8 expression level was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: hypoxia-inducible factor-1 by inhibiting the expression of ICAM , IL - 8 synthesis , reduce the infiltration of neutrophils , thereby improving myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury , has an important protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury , in order to reduce myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury provides a new treatment ideas .
