Abstract

This article takes calisthenics teachers,directors of public physical education department and the non-sports specialized students of the university and college of Zhejiang Province as the object of study,utilizing literature and material method,the survey procedure,the mathematical statistical method and the logical analytic method carries on the investigation and the analysis to the present situation about the calisthenics course of public physical education of university and college of Zhejiang Province.The main purpose lies on understood the university and college of Zhejiang Province the calisthenics course of public physical education the present situation of development,and provides the correlation suggestion and the countermeasure for the curriculum educational reform of the calisthenics course.Draws the following conclusion through the research:1.At present the popular rate of "the calisthenics course" of public physical education is very high in university and college of Zhejiang Province,the majority universities have the calisthenics team,the calisthenics movement development situation are ideal,but the majority university’s calisthenics course only open to female student.2.The establishment of teaching goal to university "calisthenics course" of public physical education are conform to the teaching goal of newly "Summary" basically,can promote the physical educational reform development effectively.The class hour arrangement is reasonable,surpasses 70%course the teaching hour is 72 study periods,but lacks the unification standard the teaching material,the program of instruction.3.Most of the teachers choose "the self-invented calisthenics" and "the popular calisthenics" as their teaching practice.The teachers who choose "the muscle strength training on mat","the physique training" and "the modern calisthenics" as their supplementary course are most,"the hold light instrument" are few.The theoretical lessons are few,simple and imperfect.4.Various teaching method mainly by the tradition teaching method primarily,using the modernized teaching method carries on the teaching not to form the perfect development system;the inspection content and the method are imperfect,but the test form is enriching gradually,the teacher started to take the student synthesizing capacity appraisal.5.The calisthenics teacher are the young female primarily,the teaching seniority is generally short,the teacher primitive special structure is unreasonable,the teacher school record,the title structure is somewhat low,and scientific research ability is weak,but the teacher is employed the manner positively correct,on-the-job training situation is good.6.The university and college of Zhejiang Province gymnasium and facility condition is good; the majority of students who takes calisthenics course as an elective the goal of study to be clear about,the male and female student likes the degree to the calisthenics having certain difference;the primary factor of affects the calisthenics development in the university is the teacher quality,the teaching method,the course content,the leader cognition degree,the location equipment and the socialized degree of calisthenics.Proposes following development countermeasure in view of above analysis:1.The perfect university calisthenics curriculum system,the standard course content, strengthens the teaching material research,organizes the expert to compile the teaching material,which are interesting and usability various formats suits the calisthenics course of public physical education of ordinary university teaching.2.The renewal appraisal content,the method and the form,establish multiplex the teaching appraisal system,enhances student’s study interest.3.Using the university multi-disciplinary superiority,develops the multimedia teaching software, optimized calisthenics teaching method.4.Improves the teacher troop specialized quality,the attention introduction specialized teachers, strengthens teacher’s duty to train,strengthens teachers’ inspection,enhances teacher’s professional dedication.5.Unceasingly the perfect facility,for completes the high grade calisthenics teaching to provide the guarantee.6.According to the male student physiology and the psychological characteristic,alone supposes the system calisthenics course content for the male student,enhances the male student calisthenics teaching the effectiveness.
