Abstract


The three-day dietary survey, the research team of four male high jumpers and supported by means of questionnaires, physical examination, laboratory biochemical tests, dietary nutritional status of an athlete, some important nutrients in vivo level of dietary patterns and dietary habits in detail a case analysis, and recommendations for improvement, in order to correct the bad eating habits of each athlete through the results of the study for each athlete, the athlete's diet for sexual guidance, make little actual contribution to improve their athletic performance. Dietary survey of the athletes in this study for three consecutive days weighing method according to the actual situation, dietary recall method and food frequency method combined with the method of the survey questionnaire athletes' eating habits and nutrition knowledge. And meals during the investigation, the athletes height, the determination of body weight and body composition, as well as hemoglobin, serum total protein, serum albumin, blood urea, serum total cholesterol, total serum triglycerides and plasma calcium, iron, zinc , five trace elements of copper, magnesium biochemical tests. Then all input detailed data obtained by the gravimetric method and dietary recall method the State Sports General Administration Institute of Sports Medicine, athletes and the general public dietary nutrition analysis and management system developed software for processing and analysis obtained experimental results. The conclusions of this study are as follows: ① athletes have different levels of dietary nutritional imbalance, mainly insufficient intake of total calories, too much fat intake, carbohydrate intake is a serious shortage of vitamin A, vitamin B1 intake serious lack of vitamin C intake, excessive intake of vitamin E, zinc intake, the proportion of energy supply for all meals unreasonable. ② athletes daily dietary structure is not reasonable enough, excessive intake of meat too frequent, but rarely eat whole grains, animal offal, black food rich in essential nutrients food intake of fruits, fresh vegetables inadequate. The ③ athletes eating habits have a larger problem, no fixed habit of eating breakfast or simply do not eat breakfast, as well as meal the number and types of mainly based on personal preferences and food taste. ④ compare with the average Chinese elite male high jumpers, the athletes high percentage of body fat, lean body mass is lighter. ⑤ high jump athlete nutrition knowledge, lack of adequate understanding of their level of understanding of nutritional knowledge can not meet reasonable nutritional intake requirements.
