Abstract

It’ s hard to hold the training rules on altitude.Muscle is hard-shelled and recovery is slow.In order to find the different of the change of biochemical indicator of muscle metabolism after strength training on champaign and altitude, the author did a research on seventeen male students who were divided into champaign group and altitude group. They did same strength training. We tested CK,BUN,MDA,SOD,T and IL-6 before training,at training immediateness, after training 12h,24h,48h,72h.The results are as follows:①After training,CK of two groups both reached the maximum after training 12h,CK of two groups cameback after training 24h,muscle damage on altitude was severer than on champaign at training immediateness.②After training,BUN of the altitude group reached the maximum and cameback later than the champaign group, protein broke down on altitude was severer than on champaign.③After training,MDA and SOD of the champaign group are similar and altitude group are opposite.Free radical on altitude is intenser than on champaign and cleaning free radical is less.④After training,T of the champaign group raised to the maximum after training 12h then declined, altitude group was opposite, anabolism of muscle was stimulative on champaign, but inhibitory on altitude.⑤After training,IL-6 of altitude group reached the maximum and cameback later than the champaign group, inflammatory reaction on altitude was severer than on champaign.⑥After training, recovery on altitude was slower than on champaign. In a word,it advances enginery and brings intenser stimulate on altitude.
