Abstract


Three cities located in the center of economic development in Hunan Province , is mainly concentrated in regions of the province universities , With the reform and development of higher education , the college 's school, level and requirements in college sports teachers has led to a knowledge shortages and structural problems . How to improve the overall level of faculty , continuing education of teachers of the college sports is undoubtedly the most important and effective ways . Used questionnaires in order to more effectively carry out the continuing education of teachers of Changsha, Zhuzhou and college sports , to promote the development of Hunan College PE Teachers Continuing Education , expert interview , mathematical statistics and literature on the long strain continuing education of teachers of the Lake college Sports : survey analysis of the status of Changsha, Zhuzhou and college sports teachers ; teachers continuing education ; purpose and needs of the teachers to participate in continuing education ; teachers to participate in the continuing education . Reveals the main problems of Changsha, Zhuzhou and college sports teachers continuing education , and proposed countermeasures. Concluded : faculty age structure , educational structure , title structure is not rational , teachers participate in continuing education is particularly important and urgent task ; relevant departments of continuing education policy advocacy , enforcement is not enough ; attitude to participate in continuing education partially correct, but plagued by engineering contradictions ; the purpose of participating in continuing education to staff rank , improve research capacity , improve the structure of knowledge , and the need to improve teaching ability and competitive selection of ; pay attention to make the all-round development of their own quality content ; most of teachers 1-2 years to attend the training in order to learn new knowledge and to accept new information to adapt to the needs of the current reform of college sports ; teachers participated in continuing education content and quality satisfaction is not high , continuing education mode is room for improvement and development .
