Abstract


Internal control is the hot academics and practitioners discussing the issue , the company as a senior corporate form of organization , and other economic organizations have different characteristics, its economic development , social structure and other aspects have had a vital affected. In recent years , our group company financial fraud incidents appear to cause a huge influence on social life , causing people to greater attention to its internal controls . This article from the basic theory of internal control , combined with China's internal controls and the Group's development , analysis of the company's internal control of the Group has the characteristics and status .
