Abstract


The advent of the knowledge economy talent is increasingly becoming the core of enterprise competitiveness , deepening the inherent quality of the talent , knowledge, behavior , personality characteristics, driving force of the relationship between the factors and job performance studies , competency-based human resources the management is also more and more the concern of the theory and practice of community . As a major part of corporate human resources management , competency - based recruitment management started to become the focus of attention of the theory and business circles . Study recruiters for the study, in the a full literature research and investigation under the premise , compared to domestic and foreign qualified for the advantages and disadvantages of the characteristics of private enterprises to recruit recruiter recruitment advertising , combined with the actual situation in Nantong , text analysis and questionnaire research , trying to understand the Nantong private corporate recruiters competency constitute by questionnaire . The design of the questionnaire the Spencer seven dimensions of competency defined as the theoretical basis on the basis of the first test questionnaire and questionnaire data factor analysis and reliability and validity , using the Mann - Whitney U test proved that high performers and the ordinary performance there is a significant difference in some competency to arrive at Nantong private enterprises to recruit staff competency model . The model is able to recruit private enterprises in Nantong high - performance recruiters to help provide a reference for the other modules of human resources competency analysis .
