With the 2008 melamine milk scandal surfaced , \Just a question and condemn the people on the occasion , corporate culture has once again aroused unprecedented attention . Outstanding cultural heritage of the Chinese nation , Chong Cheng Shang letter , create a healthy image , and strive to achieve a harmonious and friendly development, has become the trend of the times , enterprises to enhance their competitiveness as an important measure . Long-term enterprise culture has a major role in operating results . Corporate culture in the next 10 years is likely to be a key factor in the success of enterprise decision . Although not easy to change corporate culture , but they are completely in favor of business growth direction. SME corporate culture to enhance the core competitiveness of our economy and stable development of great significance. From the view of this, the corporate culture and corporate competitiveness force relationship studies to determine the implementation of enhanced competitiveness of enterprises an effective way. This ability to define the corporate culture , through factor analysis and other methods to develop a corporate culture force measurement questionnaire , to achieve the quantitative study of corporate culture force . Meanwhile, the competitiveness of enterprises will be divided into six major modules , using the 5-point scale constructed rating scale enterprise competitiveness and achieve competitive quantitative research . Research process also uses questionnaires , telephone interviews, and other methods of mathematical statistics , and with the SPSS15.0 software conducted extensive research and systems analysis , the results confirm force corporate culture and corporate competitiveness significantly correlated positively advanced cultural forces will help promote the development of enterprises , encourage enterprises to cultivate and enhance competitiveness ; study also indicates that the current force level of corporate culture in general, there is still much room for improvement, enterprises have insufficient attention to technological innovation , innovation is weak and other issues . This paper identifies key indicators of cultural strength evaluation , enabling enterprises to analyze their own inadequacies of cultural power , streamline and improve the direction to effectively guide the cultivation . Study was conducted in different industry data and analysis on the basis of research carried out , with some similarities , for different industries and enterprises in the cultural practice of building work has a certain reference and guidance .
