Objective: To understand Urumqi a nursery children aged 3 to 7 Prevalence of allergic rhinitis , explore the related factors , thereby early detection, and make treatment guidelines and preventive health care. Methods: A random cluster sampling method, three areas of Urumqi City, a 13 preschool nursery 2815 questionnaires . All data were Epidata3.1 database and error detection procedures, data entry double entry method , using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis completed . Results: Urumqi 3 to 7 years old children with allergic rhinitis prevalence was 24.5% , higher than the girls, boys , men , girls, the prevalence was significantly (P lt; 0.01); With increases with age , 6 to 7 year-old boy highest prevalence of allergic rhinitis ( prevalence rate of 28.1% ) , prevalence rates among different age difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); and children with allergic rhinitis -related factors as: seasonal factors , air-conditioning usage , food allergies , allergies during pregnancy , parents suffering from allergic rhinitis cases , family cases suffering from allergic rhinitis . Conclusion: Urumqi a nursery children 3 to 7 years the prevalence of allergic rhinitis ( 24.5% ) reported similar at home and abroad , with seasonal factors , air conditioning use , food allergies , allergies during pregnancy , parents suffer from allergies rhinitis cases , family cases suffering from allergic rhinitis and other factors are closely related.
