Abstract


The 29th Olympic Games’ can not be hold successfully without the volunteer. Young student in Beijing Universities is the hugest community of the Volunteers.Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee,Beijing Municipal government as well as each university clasp combine,Olympics volunteerism education with the student "the education for all-around development" and the socialist spiritual civilization education,trains the university student to offer tribute initiatively,to be glad helps person’s ideology,advances the school discipline construction,the personnel training and the international communication,further enhances the school s core competitiveness.At the same time,they promote the "mediation good deed" China traditional culture moral to a higher standard.As a part of the fund topic Research of national branch"the International Olympics Educates "Beijing s Pattern",this essay studies Olympic Games to volunteer the education has the profound significance regarding development of our society as well as young people’s all-round development.This research uses the literature material law,the questionnaire survey procedure,the expert interview law and the mathematical method of average to volunteerism education situation to Beijing University Olympic Games to conduct the investigation and study. It s found that the university student through the volunteerism education of Olympic Games,had a more profound and a comprehensive understanding to the volunteerism.They not only has guaranteed the Olympic Games and the urban normal operation,but also has provided the high level volunteerism for the target client,formed and gained in many beneficial experiences and the practical achievement.Beijing Universities develops Olympic Games volunteerism education, although they have made the huge progress,but also have some defects: First of all,Olympic Games volunteerism education government operated, caused the university student to participate in wish spiritual education the independency,the activity to receive certain limit;Next,the training time and place arrangements of volunteerism education have obvious insufficients;Third,the volunteerism education standards need further strengthen.After analysis the problem of Olympic Games volunteerism education in Beijing Universities,this essay suggested that the government as well as the university,should make more exhaustive relative laws and regulations,the rule and so on to restrain the volunteer’s behavior;We should establishe the volunteer to participate in volunteerism education the opinion feedback mechanism,the development date normalizes, thoroughly,the careful pedagogical activity;in the future,we should sufficiently utilize the advantage of mind and knowledge of college students’,and combine with the practice,then construct their own abilities.Those above can promote the develepment of the volunteer activities in China.
